Seeking Assistance to Help a Kidney Patient

This is a kind request to you to help in any way that you can with the following Project. Mr. Gamini, whose details are given below, is personally known to me, and is suffering from Advanced Chronic Kidney Failure. His family has made a request for financial assistance to help save his life.
